Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items must be sent to one of our designated return centres (Sydney or Gold Coast, Australia). Return address details will be provided after your request is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note that bank or card provider processing times may affect when the funds appear in your account.

  • Depending on your bank returns can take up to a minimum of 7 business days to be returned into your account.
