Shipping Information

Our priority is getting your order to you quickly and reliably no matter where you are. Our warehouses make hundreds of shipments daily to dog owners worldwide, ensuring fast processing and dependable delivery every time.

Shipment can be broken down into two stages:

Processing Time // 1-3 business days

Delivery Time // 2-8 business days

Shipping Cost // Free

Please note that the processing time refers to the duration required to prepare and package your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. The delivery time indicates the estimated period it takes for the package to reach its destination from the moment it is shipped. This is based on the usual timeframe within which orders are delivered.

Delays can occur for numerous reasons such as periods of high demand like Black Friday or Christmas, and as such these timeframes are subject to variation at our discretion.

Typically, we ask that you allow 1-3 days for processing your order, followed by an estimated delivery time of 2-8 days.

All deliveries are sent from our warehouse in South Granville, Sydney solely by Australia Post to ensure our valued customers receive the best and most reliable courier service.

Please note that these time frames are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping destination, and unforeseen circumstances.

We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible while ensuring the utmost care in packaging and shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to keep you updated on the progress of your delivery.

No More Bark is the operator of No More Bark Australia ("we" and "us") (nomorebarkaustralia.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Shipping Costs

Tracked shipping is free Australia & New Zealand. A priority shipping option is also available at cost, which can be selected at checkout if the customer wishes.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Shipping Time

Generally, our shipping time is 2-8 business days depending on your location. 

2.2 Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct.

2.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

2.4 Change Of Delivery Address

2.5 P.O. Box Shipping

No More Bark will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

2.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

2.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

2.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. contact@barkcontrolofficial.com

2.9 Completion of Delivery

Your order will be considered delivered once the designated shipping or transport provider has scanned your package as delivered to the shipping address you provided during checkout. If any address modifications are made after the customer notifies our support team before the order is dispatched, the updated shipping address will apply. The customer assumes all risk associated with the product upon delivery.

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.

4. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please carefully read the following terms:

  • We cannot make changes to your nominated delivery address or redirect your order once you have received email confirmation of your order's dispatch. 
  • We cannot send you a replacement product or process a refund for an order sent to the incorrect delivery address due to your own error during the order process.
  • Please contact the shipping or transport provider if you have any parcel redirection requests. If you are unsure which shipping or transport provider is responsible for your parcel, please inquire with our support team at contact@barkcontrolofficial.com

5. Authority to Leave Parcel

By default, you provide authority to leave a parcel at the shipping address you nominated. If the applicable shipping or local transport provider deems the area of your shipping address unsafe or inaccessible in their discretion, your parcel may be redirected to a collection point such as a local post office, redelivered in the next delivery run (where available), or returned back to our dispatch warehouse. In the event your parcel is redirected to a collection point such as a local post office, you are solely responsible for the timely collection of your parcel. 


6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with the next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the
website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without
any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in the destination country. 

8. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
shipping or transport provider.


9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
